Research Hypothesis: Using the concept of Neutrosophy to deal Indeterminacy in Feedback Data: Feedback given by customers of a restaurant. Questionnaire based on six factors, i.e., Quality of Food, Service, Hygiene, Value for money, Ambiance, Overall Experience. Each question (based on the factor) has five membership values as follows: , Positive, Positive Indeterminate, Indeterminate, Negative Indeterminate and Negative.
