draft genome sequence of Cupriavidus sp. P-10 isolated from phenol-fed chemostat bioreactor

Ralstonia sp. P-10 was isolated from a chemostat reactor supplemented with aquifer soil and phenol as the inoculum and the sole carbon and energy source. Here, we reported the genome sequence and annotation of Ralstonia sp. P-10. Strain P-10 was capable of utilization of phenol as the sole carbon and energy source, and the genome included complete set of meta- and orth-metabolic pathway for phenol degradation.
