Transcriptome and BCR profile at single cell level of influenza neuraminidase (NA) specific pre-exisiting memory B cells in health adults

Influenza virus NA is important for viral replication. The antibody targeting NA can block viral replication. We used single B cell RNA and BCR sequencing to analysis the heterogeneity of NA specific pre-existing memory B cells in healthy adults. NA-specific memory B cells in human PBMCs were sorted by FACS with NA-probes, and subjected to single B cell RNA and BCR sequencing.
