Xylotrechus quadripes Raw sequence reads

Here, we sequenced the antennal transcriptome of female and male adults from Xylotrechus quadripes using Illumina. Based on the transcriptomic data, we will identify and characterize chemosensory-related gene families. This study will provide reference data for gene identification and functional studies, and meanwhile identify potential molecular targets for pest control.
