液晶屏信息与特征图像数据集

主要包括液晶屏不同品牌型号信息及其对应的微观与宏观特征图像。对液晶屏的外观特征进行图像采集。设置自然光与倾角条形光，在不受液晶屏反光影响的前提下，采集液晶屏的正反两面的外观图像。使用金相显微镜与外置同轴光源的光学远心镜头，以液晶屏顶部IC电路为采集区域，设定十字为中心，采集液晶屏微观IC电路特征图像。对废旧移动终端液晶屏进行热拆解，统计液晶屏种类型号，借助金相显微镜查看并记录IC电路引脚数。数据量为426MB。

This dataset primarily contains information about various brands and models of liquid crystal displays (LCDs), along with their corresponding microscopic and macroscopic feature images.

For the appearance feature image collection of LCDs, natural light and inclined strip lights were employed, and appearance images of both the front and back surfaces of the LCDs were captured without interference from LCD reflections.

Subsequently, an optical telecentric lens equipped with an external coaxial light source and a metallurgical microscope were utilized to acquire microscopic feature images of the IC circuits on the LCDs. The acquisition region was designated as the IC circuit located at the top of each LCD, with the crosshair as the collection center.

Additionally, waste mobile terminal LCDs underwent thermal disassembly to count their types and models, and the pin count of their IC circuits was examined and recorded using a metallurgical microscope.

The total data volume of this dataset is 426 MB.
