Single cell RNA-seq data was obtained from different skin cell types at days P30 or P56, when WT hair follicles are in active state (aka anagen) or resting state (aka telogen), respectively. Cell types include: Bulge stem cells, melanocytes, and myeloid cells. All cells were FACS sorted and only live single cells were collected for RNA extraction.
