Tumor cell-intrinsic Piezo2 drives radioresistance by impairing CD8+ T cell stemness maintenance

Piezo2 impedes stemness maintenance of CD8+ T cells by downregulating IL-15 production after radiotherapy, thereby leading to cancer radioresistance. Overall design: MC38-WT tumor cells were subjected to single fraction of X-ray (30 Gy). 60 hours later, total RNA from samples was extracted using Trizol Reagent following standard protocols and mRNA sequencing was performed.
