本数据集主要面向任务书中对应关键技术5：矿物加工流程运行评价技术研究。本数据集是针对项目示范单位山东黄金三山岛金矿新立选矿厂关键设备及流程，收集了用于本关键技术研究的原始数据，以及为了完成特定技术目标而进行的对于原始数据的分析数据。 其中，（1）浮选流程评价数据，为浮选流程精选2的泡沫图片。浮选泡沫图片格式为.bmp，采集现场浮选泡沫图像分析系统，以及为满足模型训练处理后的数据，数据量约699MB，用于支撑浮选过程流程评价研究； （2）浓密过程评价数据，数据内容包括浓密机底流流量、浓度、泵电流等数据，采集自三山岛金矿现场浓密控制系统，格式为.csv格式，约30MB，用于支撑浓密过程评价技术研究； （3）浮选过程运行状态评价系统数据。为浮选过程运行状态评价系统的过程实时数据和评价记录数据，采集自项目开发的《浮选过程运行状态评价系统》，格式为csv，约20MB。该数据集用于支撑浮选过程流程评价技术研究实践。This dataset is primarily targeted at the research on Key Technology 5 specified in the task document: the operation evaluation technology for mineral processing flowsheets. This dataset collects the original data utilized for this key technology research, as well as the analyzed data derived from the original data to achieve specific technical objectives, focusing on the key equipment and processes of the Xinli Concentrator in Sanshandao Gold Mine, Shandong Gold, which is the project's demonstration unit. Specifically: (1) Flotation process evaluation data: These are foam images collected from the flotation cleaning stage 2. The flotation foam images are in .bmp format, acquired via the on-site flotation foam image analysis system, and also include data preprocessed for model training purposes. The total data volume is approximately 699 MB, which supports the research on flotation process flow evaluation. (2) Thickening process evaluation data: The data covers parameters such as thickener underflow flow rate, concentration, and pump current, collected from the on-site thickening control system of Sanshandao Gold Mine, stored in .csv format with a size of about 30 MB. This dataset supports the research on thickening process evaluation technology. (3) Flotation process operation status evaluation system data: These include real-time process data and evaluation record data from the Flotation Process Operation Status Evaluation System developed by the project, stored in .csv format with a size of approximately 20 MB. This dataset is used to support the practical research on flotation process flow evaluation technology.
