This volume consists of duplicated sheets forwarded to the Internal Audit Section dealing with revenue matters. It records instruction in such areas as meter reading duties, overpayment and compensation procedures, examination techniques, financial assistance and administrative problem procedures. The instructions appear to have been collated as a set in about 1954 and updated until 1956. The volume is numbered Book 1.
