Mouse spleen B cells were activated with sodium acetate (10 mM) for 5 days and the transcriptome change was determined with microarrays. This experiment determines the effect of acetate on gene expression in B cells. Overall design: Spleen CD19+ B cells were activated with blank or sodium acetate (10 mM) for 5 days. The transcriptome was determined with Mouse 430 2.0 chips (Affymetrix, Inc.).
