To promote the evaluation of the quality of prenatal screening practices for aneuploidies and the efficiency of this screening. To allow the return of information to the various actors and the public authorities.BioNuQual数据库（BioNuQual）的目标如下：一是统筹非整倍体产前筛查领域各参与方间质量控制所需信息的交流与共享；二是推动非整倍体产前筛查实践的质量与筛查效能的评估；三是向各参与方及公共主管部门反馈相关信息。
