Observations of currents and waves collected with acoustic Doppler current profilers western Mississippi Sound

This dataset is composed of time-series observations of wave and current parameters recorded with Nortek Signature 1000 (1 MHz) acoustic Doppler profiler instruments. These data were collected at locations in the western Mississippi Sound sourounding the Henderson Point, Pass Christian, Pass Marianne, and Telegraph oyster reefs. Data collection was designed to characterize in situ hydrodynamic conditions at the oyster reefs.
