The data used in the figure of manuscript are available in Figure.rar file. The 201706XX_Chla_budget_2.mat files are the model outputs of the chlorophyll budget terms after process. The Biogeo*.mat files are the model outputs of the chlorophyll biological terms after process. The nutrient*.mat files are the model outputs of the nutrients (no3 and po4). *NoR means the NoRiver run. *ZMix means the ZMix run.
