资源简介：
The Society of Rehabilitation and Crime Prevention, Hong Kong receives subvention from Social Welfare Department to operates Integrated Service Centres (ISCs) for the ex-offenders and discharged prisoners as well as their family members. ISCs provide multi-rehabilitation and community support services, including counselling, groups and programmes, support services and service referrals, etc., to facilitate their reintegration into the community and enable them to develop healthy and law-abiding life.
