The aim is threefold: a) studies of the influence of Nordre Älv on carbon chemistry b) stratification and potential energy along a transect c) studies of the sediments by hydro acoustics and sampling for grain size etc. The students will collect water and sediment samples for further evaluation at home. Samples for pH in the water will be determined onboard. Alkalinity will be determined at the facilities onshore.
