GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiling (DSP) spatial transcriptomics data

Spatial transcriptomic profiling was performed using the NanoString GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler (DSP) platform with the Human NGS Whole Transcriptome Atlas (WTA v1.0) panel. Tissue sections from milademetan-treated (n = 5) and vehicle control (n = 5) tumors were distributed across four slides (S1–S4), with each slide containing both treatment groups. Within each region of interest (ROI), four cell populations were defined by fluorescent marker co-staining for Ki67 (proliferation) and MYC (oncogene expression): Ki67+MYC+, Ki67−MYC+, Ki67−MYC−, and Ki67+MYC−. Each segment was collected as an individual area of illumination (AOI), yielding a total of 92 AOIs across all slides.
