资源简介:
Fusarium proliferatum is a member of the Asian clade of the Fusarium (Gibberella) fujikuroi species complex (FFSC). This species produces several mycotoxins like fumonision B1, moniliformin, beauvericin and bikaverin and can live as endophyte or pathogen on a broad range of plants, including economically important plants such as asparagus, fig, maize, onion, palm, pine, rice and wheat. The isolate F. proliferatum ET1 was isolated from orchid roots and is an example for endophytic life style.
