Genome and transcriptome sequencing and assembly of the Lister's gecko (Lepidodactylus listeri)

PacBio HiFi sequencing was performed on a single male Lister's gecko (Lepidodactlyus listeri), with additional HiC sequencing of another male to create the first draft genome assembly for this species. mRNA sequencing of four tissues from two males was also performed to assist with genome annotation.
