Sequencing of C. elegans after nanosilver exposure

In this part of the study, we aim to investigate the impact of AgNPs on the global gene expression profile of C. elegans using transcriptomic sequencing technology. Through DESeq2 differential expression analysis, we systematically identified significantly differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and their regulatory networks. From the perspective of molecular interaction networks, this research provides insights into the toxicity mechanisms of pollutants and the detoxification functions of gut bacteria.
