资源简介:
Luigi De Luca composes Dante's Padre nostro according to that "concertante polychorality" which is the constant of his highest production: the dialectic between an ideal sound architecture and the search for an effective expression finds essentiality and fullness here. It is an element that recalls the existing themes, both on a speculative and concrete level, in the music of Dante's time and of which the Poet was fully aware: the music he admires is the polyphonic "mundana harmony" that resounds in Paradise, as well as, in Purgatory, the sweetness of Casella's monodic chant. In this way, De Luca not only returns to the linguistic sources of Italian music, but reaffirms the need to overcome the dogmatic separation of the sound universes: the aspiration to a higher harmony is none other than the desire for metaphysics that runs through all of his production and which makes the same creative condition possible.
