Data generated and used for the publication entitled "Left atrial wall shear stress correlates with fibrosis in patients with atrial fibrillation" published in Nature Cardiovascular Research. File description: - all_2D_maps_x4.png : All the results combined in a single figure. - all_data_points.csv : All the data points used in the generation of the figures and the statistics of the publication. - vtk_files_for_lausm.zip : VTK files for each patient. They are used as input to the "Left Atrial Unfolding to a Standardized 2D Map" pipeline.
