The Z138 cell line is a mantle cell lymphoma cell line carrying the t(11;14) translocation. SNP array data analysis combined with chromosome sorting data allowed to identify heterozygous SNPs on the wildtype and translocated chromosome 11. Subsequent mapping of HiC reads to these alleles allowed to assess the interchromosomal interactions and thus indirectly nuclear chromosome positioning of these alleles, showing that that derivate 11 moves inwards. Affymetrix SNP arrays were performed according to the manufacturer's directions on DNA extracted from Z138 cell in culture.
