Time series of the effective reproduction number (Rₜ) of SARS-CoV-2 in the Valencian Country

This dataset contains a time series of the effective reproduction number (Rₜ) of SARS-CoV-2 for the Valencian Country (Spain), covering the period from March 2020 to December 2021. At the time of data retrieval (January 2022), the public web repository coronadatos.es provided Rₜ time series data disaggregated by Spanish autonomous communities (as well as by provinces). The original data source cited by this repository corresponds to RENAVE-ISCIII (Spanish Epidemiological Surveillance Network), coordinated by the Centro Nacional de Epidemiología (CNE). This repository has been created with the aim of hosting the datasets used in several scientific manuscripts.
