This preprint is the final part of a series of preprints devoted to the study of unsolved problems in classical physics (interference paradoxes, differences between antenna and laser radiation, the structure of the photon and its “wave” properties, etc.). This preprint analyzes the phenomenon of "redshift" using the concept of the Intervals of space. Based on the data obtained, it is concluded that the hypothesis of a systemic "expansion of the Universe" is not supported. The article's content may be of practical professional interest: - The "redshift" effect can be used to measure distances to distant objects (with a well-developed mathematical basis). - There is reason to believe that "redshift" and "dark energy" are the result of the same mechanism operating in nature. - A previously published preprint presented an analysis of the differences between antenna and laser radiation. As a result, it was shown that these differences provide an opportunity to identify radiations presumably generated by the mind. In antenna radiation, a packet of photons (in the usual sense, a half–wave) with a certain direction of the vector of the electrical component is periodically replaced by a packet of photons with the opposite direction of the vector of the electrical component. There is no such thing in cosmic radiation.
