Sample:ME3/ME6/ME15: Callus from mature embryo for in vitro culture at 3/6/15 days.IME3/IME6/IME15: Callus from immature embryo for in vitro culture at 3/6/15 days.Using the Illumina deep sequencing, we compared the transcriptome expression changes between callus from mature and immature for in vitro culture at 3d, 6d, and 15d and between development stages in ME and IME, combined with function annotation of the DEGs to find genes that are potentially involved in embryogenic callus formation.
