Movie 2: The caudal part of the medaka intestinal tract. A 3D view of X-ray data from the hind-gut indicating the narrower passage in the caudal part of the intestine with smaller folds. Movie 3: The GaudíRSGubiquitin:ERT2Cre (10dpi) MuVi-Spim 3D visualization of a gut segment at 10days after induction shows already labeling of strings of clonally related groups representing the stem cells and their descendants (green).
