Sequencing the genomic DNA of iSLK.219 cells undergoing re-replication after EMI1 depletion

The aim of this study was to analyse, after deep sequencing, the read density across the genome of rKSHV.219 and the genome of iSLK.219 cells (PMID: 21419799) undergoing re-replication after EMI1 depletion. Genomic DNA of iSLK.219, treated with siRNA targeting the transcripts of EMI1 or with non-targeting (Neg) siRNA for 24h and 48h, and serum starved cells was isolated and sequenced. Additionally, prior to DNA isolation, bacteriophage Lambda DNA (N3011L, NEB) was added at 10 Lambda genome copies / cell as a DNA spike-in control.In this submission, we provide the raw data that were obtained after sequencing the samples.
