Indoor Storage

Indoor_Storage.csv contains data from a 2 year field study testing 3 over winter settings (Indoor Storage, Outdoor in CA, or Outdoor North (ID or MT)). Coloneis were measured for Varroa destructor, Nosema ceranae, queen status (QS queen seen, QR queen right, QNS queen not seen, DL drone layer, VQ virgin queen, QL queenless), brood pattern from 1-5 (1 being worst, 5 being best), number of frames of adult bees, and number of frames of brood. Hives were assesed at 4 time points (Pre-Treatment, Post-Tretament, Post-WInter, and Follow-Up). <br> Indoor_Storage_Virus.csv contains the viral results from the same study. Hives were assessed for Acute Bee Paralysis Virus, Black Queen Cell Virus, Chronic Bee Paralysis Virus, Deformed Wing Virus, Israeli Acute Paralysis Virus, Kashmir Bee Virus, Lake Sinai Virus, Varroa Destructor Virus (DWV-B), Sacrbood Virus, and Nosema ceranae. Samples were collected at the same time points and for the same treatment groups mentioned above.
