Dataset for Electrochemical control over carrier density of InAs quantum dots

This README file contains the information necessary to find the raw data and analysis used in this study. The dataset is deposited in the zenodo repository with DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17662814. Types of files used: The raw data is in .txt format and the analyzed data is in .opju format (requires Origin for access). Optical images are in .jpg. The transmission electron microscopy image is in .TIF. The data is organized in six folders. Three folders according to the InAs QD batch ("RT1770", "RT1789" and "RT1766"), one folder with the absorbance data from these three batches ("Abs"), one folder with the blank cyclic voltammogram ("BlankCV") and one folder with the optical images (Images). Below is described the content of each of these folders, date when the measurements were performed, and associated Figure numbers in the manuscript and supporting information: - Abs. Figure 1 and Figures S12 and S14A (top). Specific contents: * .txt files: raw tranmitance, reflectance and absorbance data. * Origin file "Absorbance.opju": analyzed tranmitance, reflectance and absorbance data of the InAs QDs used in this study - BlankCV. Figure 2 and Figure S9. 12/02/2025. Specific contents: * Folder "ITO-Blank-Neg": raw cyclic voltammogram and spectroelectrochemical data at cathodic potentials * Folder "ITO-Blank-Neg": raw cyclic voltammogram and spectroelectrochemical data at anodic potentials * Origin file "DataAnalysis.opju": analyzed data - Images.
