Targeted Sequencing of Taiwanese Breast Cancer with Risk Stratification by the Concurrent Genes Signature: A Feasibility Study

The aim of the study was to perform NGS in combination with breast cancer con-current genes signature; somatic mutations with clinical significance were identified. Accurate risk assessment is essential for breast cancer effective treatment. This study evaluated the feasibility of integrating targeted sequencing with gene expression-based risk stratification. Clinically actionable mutations and predicted risk group were evalu-ated for enrolled Taiwanese breast cancers.
