Preprocessed norman.h5ad used by scDisentangle (tutorial and reproducibility code). Gene column order and perturbation category order are pinned to match the released pre-trained weights, so load_weights reproduces the reported numbers. Derived from the Norman et al. (Science, 2019) Perturb-seq dataset via scPerturb (Peidli et al., Nat. Methods, 2024; Zenodo 10.5281/zenodo.7041849). Redistributed under CC-BY 4.0.
