Accipiter gentilis Raw sequence reads

In British Columbia, there is a threatened subspecies of Northern Goshawk (Accipiter gentilis laingi). Despite its threatened status, little genetic work had been done to clarify whether there is a genetically distinct population of Northern Goshawks in British Columbia. Using GBS (genotyping-by-sequencing) we sequenced 160 Northern Goshawks and several other species of birds of prey from across North America. The goals of this project were to assist conservation and management of Northern Goshawks by conducting a genomic survey.
