To identify differentially expressed genes by miRNAs transfection in human cancer, several cell lines (lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma and small cell lung cancer) were subjected to Agilent whole genome microarrays. Human cell lines (EBC-1, SK-MES-1 and SBC-3) were treated with miRNAs (miR-150-5p, miR-150-3p) and siRNAs (siDONSON-1, 2, 3). A549 knocked down LOXL2 by genome editing with the CRISPR/Cas9 system.
