We developed a data-driven model that can rapidly predict alongshore tsunami runup distribution from earthquake information.
(1) TRRF0122v3.py : This is the main code of TRRF. This code will work in Python 3 environment. (cf. TRRF0122v2.py will work in Python 2 environment.)
(2) 725 cases.txt : This is the extracted tsunami run-up data of 725 scenarios.
(3) validation9para.txt : This is the validation data of 100 random scenarios that were never used in developing TRRF.
(4) NB01.txt - NB99.txt : These are normalized bathymetry run-up data. These are saved not to repeat pre-processing several times. If these files are not exist, TRRF0122v3.py will create these files automatically.
