Effect of dynamin inhibitors on microtubule morphology and tubulin acetylation.

HMDM were treated without or with 30 µM MiTMAB, Dyngo-4a, Dynole-34-2 (A), OctMAB (C) and 80 µM Dynasore (D) for 2 h. Effects on α-tubulin and acetylated tubulin (Ac-tubulin) were determined by confocal microscopy (A) and Western blotting (B, C and D), respectively. Representative confocal images are shown.
