Norwegian Citizen Panel Fast Track 1 - COVID-19, 2020

The Norwegian Citizen Panel is a platform for internet surveys of public opinion in important areas of society and politics in Norway. Participants are randomly recruited from the Norwegian population register, and they are encouraged to participate over time. The panel was fielded for the first time the fall of 2013 and as of 2017 the survey is carried out three times a year. The University of Bergen owns and is responsible for the Citizen panel. The company ideas2evidence recruits respondents, produces the survey, and provides documentation of the data. Data is stored and shared by the Sikt – Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research. The Norwegian Citizen Panel welcomes research proposals for survey content. This survey was sent out as a “Fast Track” study in connection with the first phase of the corona pandemic in Norway, spring 2020. For this reason, both the content of the study and the implementation phase are somewhat different from ordinary rounds of the Norwegian Citizens' Panel.

In NCP Fast Track 1 COVID-19, invitation emails were sent out on March 20, 2020.

NCP Fast Track 1 COVID-19 was completed on March 29.
