Rev. B 109, 085135 (2024). The file name of each xlsx file corresponds to the figure number in the published article. The files can be opened by using Excel program. The data of subfigures is stored in separate sheets within one xlsx file. The electrical resistivity data of supplement fig.s5 is saved in txt file.
