Quantitative gene expression of Phaeodactylum chloroplast glycolysis mutant lines under variable illumination and temperature regimes

Illumina sequencing of total cellular RNA from P. tricornutum ptEnolase (Phatr3_J41515), ptPGAM (Phatr3_17086) and empty vector control lines under three culture conditions: 19C 12l:12d discontinuous light:dark cycling ("19C NCL"), 19C 24h continuous light ("19C CL"), and 8C 24h continuous light ("8C CL"). Cultures were grown in replete ESAW and harvested at the mid-day point (of NCL lines) in late exponential phase.
