该数据集可用于在汽车零部件涂层生产时,若出现涂层厚度均匀性波动,可借助该数据集对比类似生产案例,精准找出喷枪距离、送粉速率等异常点并加以优化,保障涂层质量的稳定性。同时,该数据集还可用于对生产新流程或设备改造方案进行模拟仿真,在不影响实际生产的前提下完成预评估,进而优化生产布局和工艺流程,提升生产效率、降低生产成本。
This dataset can be applied to automotive component coating production scenarios: when fluctuations in coating thickness uniformity occur, it can be used to compare similar production cases, accurately identify abnormal parameters such as spray gun distance and powder feeding rate, and optimize them to ensure the stability of coating quality. Meanwhile, this dataset can also be used for simulation of new production processes or equipment renovation schemes, enabling pre-evaluation without affecting actual production, thereby optimizing production layout and technological processes, improving production efficiency and reducing production costs.
