Dynamic IFNβ signalling underlies treatment response to immune checkpoint therapy in cancer [bulk RNA-seq]

The on/off dynamics of IFNβ signalling underlie the therapeutic response to immune checkpoint therapy in cancer, which can be exploited to sway the clinical trajectory in favour of response 144 samples, 72 from AB1 tumours and 72 from Renca tumours. Samples taken at 4 time points: 1 hour prior to checkpoint blockade (24 samples) , 2 days after (16 samples) , 4 days after (16 samples), 6 days after (16 samples). Equal number of samples were taken from mice that respond and did not respond to checkpoint blockade.
