This repository contains the dataset for the NAACL 2024 paper titled, "A Comprehensive Study of Gender Bias in Chemical Named Entity Recognition Models."
The dataset contains two files:
askdoc_female.conll - Female AskDoc datasetaskdoc_male.conll - Male AskDoc dataset
These files contain annotated AskDoc data with chemical mentions from r/AskDocs on Reddit. The female file contains examples from people that self-identify as female and the male file contains data for people that self-identify as male.
A comprehensive datasheet is also provided.
