Dataset for protein-protein interacttion paper

Two Zip files. One (smaller one) is to reproduce all figures of the paper. Should be easy to follow. It uses a set of preprocessed CSV files. Updated in this revision The larger one contains all downloaded data as well as the scipts to generate these CSV. It also contains a lot of additional data and scripts not included in the paper. Added in this revision
