Reporter: Driscoll. Assignment: Topanga Canyon Flood. #30: John F. Carr, 40, of Topanga Canyon, finds food cold on stove (quite naturally). There is 3 feet of water in his home. Out-of-doors the water ranges from 3 feet deep at front of home to 18 feet at rear windows. #33-34: More than 100-foot strip of Topanga Canyon Road(?) and Canyon Trail, 7 miles inland from ocean. Topanga Canyon Road(?) is blocked by this damage. #46-47: John F. Carr, 40, of Topanga Canyon, pictured in 3 feet of water outside his home on Canyon Trail. Water also is 3 feet deep inside and 18 feet deep outside back windows. #11: Boys in kayak peek in window of Topanga Canyon home of Mrs. John F.
