Single cell miRNA sequencing

we develop a highly multiplexed, efficient, integrated, and automated sample preparation platform for single-cell miRNA sequencing based on digital microfluidics, with excellent miRNA detection ability and cost-effectiveness. Three non-small cell lung cancer cell lines were sequenced to explore the heterogeneity of single cells at miRNA level. Skeletal stem cells harvested from unfractured and fractured mouse femora were sequenced to reveal key miRNAs involved in the regulation of ossification and miRNA-mediated regulatory mechanism.
