Significant Discovery Licence

The C-NLOPB administers a scheduled land tenure system in which the Offshore Area has been divided into eight regions. Each region is categorized as either low activity, high activity, or mature, based on the level of oil and gas exploration and development activities.加拿大纽芬兰与拉布拉多近海石油管理局（C-NLOPB）负责管理一套既定的土地保有制度，该制度已将近海区域划分为八个分区。每个分区依据油气勘探与开发活动的活跃程度，被划分为低活动、高活动或成熟三类。
