资源简介:
The datasets here provided are the results of the research work entitled "Influence of Climate Change on the Invasion of Temperate Forests by Acacia Dealbata". This work explored the usfulness of Maximum entrop approach to predict the distribution of A. dealbata in the past, present and future and the influence it may have on the invasiveness of such species in the temperate rainforests. Two models were developed for the species, one for the 1963 - 1992 and the other for the 1993 - 2023 periods. A control species characteristic of European temperate forests was moedelled in the same conditions as A. dealbata. This species was Quercus robur and its distribution and climatic profile were compared to those from A. dealbata. Below, the results present in this record are described:
Performance_maxent.xlsx: Detailed data frame of the performance of each model, corresponding each sheet with one species and period (there are a total of 4, 2 species and 2 periods). The first 5 columns (labelled species_0, species_1, ..., species_4) correspond with one only fold from the cross-validation process. The last columns (labelled species..average.) represents the averaged results for all the folds.
Variable_contributions.xlsx: Contribution, permutation importance, train gain, test gain and AUC depending on the variables used to train the models. The abbreviations are:
tavg: Average temperature of the period (ºC)
trangeday: Daily temperature range (ºC)
isotherm: Isothermality
tseasonality: Seasonality of the temperature (100*sd)
trageannual: Annual range of temperature (ºC)
tp: Average annual accumulated precipitation (mm)
precmax: Avaerage accumulated precipitation of the wettest month (mm)
precmin: Avaerage accumulated precipitation of the driest month (mm)
precseason: Precipitation seasonality (CV of monthly accumulated precipitation)
radavg: Average downwards shortwave radiation (W/m2)
radrange: Annual downwards shortwave radiation range (W/m2)
radseason: Seasonality of the downwards shortwave radiation (100*sd)
shumavg: Average specific humidity (g of water vapor per kg of wet air)
shumrange: Annaual specific humidity range (g/kg)
shumseason: Seasonality of the specific humidity (100*sd)
profiles.xlsx: Climatic profiles for each species in each periods. This dataset was used to carry a t-test to compare the species climatic niches. Each sheet corresponds to one species in one period as in Performance_maxent.xlsx. Variables are the same as in Variable_contributions.xlsx.
acaciaDistribution_1963-1993.nc: NetCDF file of the predicted distribution of A. dealbata in the period 1963 - 1992. Each layer corresponds to one of the folds of the cross-validation.
acaciaDistribution_1993-2023.nc: Same as above for the 1993 - 2023 period.
acaciaDistribution_SSP126.nc: Predicted A. dealbata distribution in the 2024 - 2053 perion for the climatic projection SSP1-2.6.
acaciaDistribution_SSP245.nc: Same as above for the SSP2-4.5 projection.
acaciaDistribution_SSP370.nc: Same as above for the SSP3-7.0 projection.
acaciaDistribution_SSP585.nc: Same as above for the SSP5-8.5 projection.
quercusDistribution_1963-1993.nc, quercusDistribution_1993-2023.nc, quercusDistribution_SSP126.nc, quercusDistribution_SSP245.nc, quercusDistribution_SSP370.nc, quercusDistribution_SSP585.nc: Same as acacia distributions, but for Quercus robur.
