The strain Flavobacterium sp. YJ01 was isolated from the soil of Fu River, China. Preliminary experiment exhibited it has excellent hydrolysis activity on nature complex polysaccharides such as starch, cellulose, and pectin. To get a comprehensive view on the enzymes for complex polysaccharides degradation, the whole genome of YJ01 was sequenced by using nanopore-sequencing technology.
