GraphPSS is an inductive node classification benchmark of 172,891 protein contact graphswith 54 million nodes, built from the Protein Data Bank. The task is to classify each residueas helix, sheet, or coil from the contact graph alone. The release includes a homology-awaresplit based on 30% sequence-identity clusters and a random split for measuring leakage.See README.md for the format, evaluation protocol, and limitations.
