Description of the data and file structure

This data consists of fasta sequences and related information of 111 metagenome-assembled genomes from microcosms constructed with fresh manure of dairy cows under antibiotic prophylaxis and pasture soil of two organic farms. The data can also be accessed via NCBI BioProject PRJNA1231077
