Supplementary Files for CRISPR-GATE

This dataset contains supplementary files, which mainly consist of feature comparison tables in CSV format encompassing both standalone and web-based tools that support various stages of CRISPR-Cas research. These include tools for the identification of CRISPR-Cas systems, guide RNA (gRNA) design, evaluation of gRNA efficiency, prediction of CRISPR-Cas9 mutation outcomes, base and prime editing, plant-specific tools, and tools for downstream analysis and visualization of experimental results. A heatmap image file of downstream analysis and visualization tools is also included. This dataset supports the review article titled "CRISPR-GATE: A One-Stop Repository and Guide to Computational Resources for Genome Editing Experimentation."
